Her story
Tiaira Quinn grew up in Minneapolis and studied business and marketing at Concordia University, St. Paul. Before mortgages, she built her career helping people navigate big financial decisions — insurance, benefits, protection — which taught her the skill that defines her lending style today: translating complicated things into language people can actually use.
She joined Fairway Home Mortgage in 2024 and made affordable homeownership her focus. Tiaira has become the branch’s go-to for down payment assistance — Minnesota Housing programs, grants, and affordable lending options — and she shows up for that mission in person, at community homeownership events across the Twin Cities.
Her belief is simple: an informed client is an empowered client. She breaks down every step, answers every question (day or night — ask her clients), and gives guidance that lasts long after closing. For Tiaira, helping families build equity and own their future isn’t a tagline. It’s the whole point.
